Privacy policy

This page states plainly what the scenario desk collects and what it never touches.

What we collect

The nine intake questions: property state, occupancy, how title is held, the income documents you have available, a credit band, estimated value and first-lien balance, cash needed, your current first-lien rate, and your timeline. If you choose to receive your memo by email, we collect the contact details you provide.

What we never collect

No Social Security numbers, no dates of birth, no exact credit scores, no account numbers. This scenario review does not pull credit. Nothing here affects your credit score. If something that looks like an SSN or account number is typed into a text field, it is removed on the server before anything is stored, and the removal is logged.

We never ask about race, sex, marital status, age, or national origin — not even optionally.

Retention

Completed submissions and their memos are retained for 25 months to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Partial intakes you abandon live only in your own browser's storage and never reach our servers.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and a first-party event log. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels reading your answers, no data sold to anyone. Campaign parameters on inbound links (utm codes and click IDs) are stored with your submission so we know which campaign brought you in.
